What to do in case of breakdown?

While placing an order on a kiosk and you see displayed "an incident has occurred, the distributor is out of service". First contact us by phone using the number displayed on our machines : 083 472 8447. We are available Monday to Friday from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM. After hours, send us a mail at hello@boscapizza.ie

What does "refill in progress" mean?

If our kiosk is displaying the message “refill in progress” upon your arrival, it means that we are on the other side of the machine refilling it with fresh pizzas. It should not take more than 15 minutes but if you are in a hurry do not hesitate to contact us. We will make sure that you are served as quickly as possible.

Cooking advice

We recommend choosing the "cooked at the kiosk” option if you ordered a maximum of 3 pizzas and live within a 10km radius. Otherwise, the pizzas will cool and you will have to reheat them, making the dough dry and the ingredients rubbery.

How does the robotics work?

The robotic tray extracts the selected pizza and positions it in front of the oven in the case of a cooked pizza. The cold pizza is directly served to you.
